Returns & Refunds
At Lone Wolf Crystals, we want you to feel happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please email hello@lonewolfcrystals.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your item.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
Once received, we will process your return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item using the returns process and placing a new order separately for the replacement item.
If you wish to exchange for another product of a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid before dispatch.
Cancelling Your Order
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.
The cancellation period begins the day after delivery.
To cancel your order, please email hello@lonewolfcrystals.co.uk and return the item following our return instructions.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price.
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returning Your Parcel
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us. Unfortunately, items lost in transit cannot be treated as returned.
Please include your order reference number inside the parcel where possible.
Processing Returns
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
Refunds may take 3–4 additional working days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at hello@lonewolfcrystals.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse future orders or limit sales where there is evidence of excessive returns or misuse of the returns policy. Each situation will be assessed individually.
